Q: How many servings are there per bottle? 

A: About 30, but you may get more or less depending on your flavor preference. We recommend 2ml per serving, 60 ml in a bottle is 30 servings.

Q: Are there psychedelic mushrooms in any products? 

A: No! Only fungi with functional benefits. 

Q: Why is there residue in the tincture?

A: There may be a small amount of residue of mushroom which is leftover from our extraction process. In the cold weather, sometimes stevia will crystalize. Just add your elixir bottle to a bowl of hot water for 15 mins and it should dissolve!

Q: Should I keep my elixirs in the fridge?

A: No, we recommend keeping them in a pantry or cupboard.

Q: How is Shroom Soda & Mushroom Mocktails sweetened and flavored?

A: Shroom Soda is sweetened with stevia and flavored with organic whenever possible, naturally derived concentrates (from plants) that are non-gmo, vegan and kosher.

Q: Can I take the tincture under my tongue or do I have to dilute it?

A: Dilute it! It's extremely concentrated and would be quite unpleasant to drink without dilution. We recommend sparkling water on ice!

Q: Do you have an unflavored or unsweetened version of Shroom Soda or Mushroom Mocktails?

A: Not currently, but stay tuned! Something new is coming soon without sweetener.

Q: How much alcohol is in the final drink?

A: Our final tincture is about 25% alcohol and contains less than 12.5 ml per bottle. That's less than 0.5 ml per serving of alcohol. When diluted in 12 oz of sparkling water, that's approx. 0.12% alcohol in your final beverage.

Q: Can I use this if I'm pregnant or Breastfeeding? 

A: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.

Q: Can I use if I'm on medication? 

A: We cannot legally provide you with this medical advice and recommend you reach out to your healthcare practitioner. We suggest caution in using any mushroom product if you are on blood thinning medication. Please reach out to your healthcare practitioner.

Q: What if I have an adverse Reactions?
A: If hypersensitivity/allergy occur, discontinue use. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.

Q: What is the shelf life?
A: Because our tincture is alcohol based the shelf life is long. However, we recommend consuming within 1 year or less. Which shouldn't be hard ;) 

Q: Can kids drink it?
A: We recommend you ask your child's health care provider. 

Q: Can I give it to my pet?
A: No. This product is made for humans.
