Affiliate Marketing Program Terms and Conditions for Ananda Elixirs Inc.

Introduction

Welcome to the Ananda Elixirs Inc. Affiliate Marketing Program, powered by Social Snowball. This program is designed to reward our valued affiliates for referring new customers to our products and services. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible for participation in the Ananda Elixirs Inc. Affiliate Program, applicants must be 18 years or older and have an active and valid method of receiving payments.
   
2. Ananda Elixirs Inc. reserves the right to approve or reject any application to the program at its sole discretion.
   

Program Participation

1. Affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or link to share with potential new customers.
   
2. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales that are directly attributable to the affiliate's referral code or link.
   
3. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their referral methods comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and platform policies.
   

Commissions and Payments

1. Commission rates are subject to change at Ananda Elixirs Inc.’s discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes in advance.
   
2. Payments of commissions are contingent upon the successful collection of funds from the referred customer and will be paid out 30 days after order is delivered. Returned, refunded, or canceled sales will result in a deduction of the corresponding commission from the affiliate’s balance.
   
3. All commissions are subject to review and verification by Ananda Elixirs Inc. This process ensures the integrity of the Affiliate Marketing Program and may include the delay or withholding of payment during an investigation.
   
4. Commissions deemed to be earned through fraudulent, illegal, misleading, or overly aggressive marketing methods will be voided.
   
5. Ananda Elixirs Inc. reserves the right to withhold or delay payment of commissions pending an investigation of any suspected breach of these terms.
   

Coupon and Deal Sites

1. Posting affiliate codes on coupon or deal websites (e.g., CouponBird, Honey, RetailMeNot) is strictly prohibited.
   
2. Affiliates found sharing or allowing their codes to be posted on such platforms will be subject to immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
   
3. Affiliates are encouraged to report any unauthorized use of their codes to Ananda Elixirs Inc. for investigation.
   

Intellectual Property

1. Affiliates may not alter any brand assets (such as logos, images, or copy) provided by Ananda Elixirs Inc. without prior written consent.
   
2. All promotional materials, including but not limited to images, logos, and slogans, must be used in a manner that is respectful, accurate, and consistent with Ananda Elixirs Inc.’s brand identity and guidelines.
   

Content Usage Rights

By participating in the Ananda Elixirs Inc. Affiliate Program, you grant Ananda Elixirs Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and publicly display any content you create or share in connection with promoting Ananda Elixirs Inc. (including videos, photos, reviews, testimonials, and social media posts).

Ananda Elixirs Inc. may use this content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including paid ads, email campaigns, print materials, and digital channels, without additional approval, credit, or compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time with written notice.
   
2. Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all use of Ananda Elixirs Inc. branding, promotional materials, referral links, and discount codes.
   
3. Any outstanding commissions accrued prior to termination will be reviewed and paid out at Ananda Elixirs Inc.’s discretion, provided the affiliate has not violated these terms.
   

Limitation of Liability

Ananda Elixirs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Ananda Elixirs Inc.’s total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate during the preceding three (3) months.

Amendments

Ananda Elixirs Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Agreement

By participating in the Ananda Elixirs Inc. Affiliate Marketing Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Violation of any terms may result in immediate termination of your participation and forfeiture of accrued commissions.
